Custom Reinsurance Portal
Led design for a reinsurance pool’s internal portal overhaul to replace legacy tools. Scope included member and policy management, invoicing, site-wide notes and reminders, renewal generation, and a dedicated member portal for external access.
Custom Property Appraisal Tool
Led year-long design of a property tax appraisal agency’s internal system. Delivered parcel detail views, custom IA for time-based property data, parameter-driven comparison tools, document and case management, and spatial property mapping.
Custom Warehouse Logistics Portal
Led design of a custom warehouse logistics portal, delivered within a 1.5-year deadline ahead of critical API deprecation. Covered order management, load scheduling, route sequencing, status monitoring, reporting, and carrier analytics. Launched with a companion tablet app for warehouse operations.
Seattle Veterinary Outreach
Designed branding, print materials, and web collateral for a Seattle-based veterinary outreach program providing medical care to under-served pet owners.
